Safer Suburbs Rebate 2026-27

Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at 12:00am 13 June 2027 (AWST).

IMPORTANT: Please read the information below to assist you in completing your submission.

Before you begin

Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions in full before proceeding with your purchase, as ineligible purchases/installations will not be approved. Terms & Conditions can be found on the City's Safer Suburbs Rebate page. 

Before proceeding with your application, please have the following supporting documents ready:

  • Proof of payment (itemised receipt or zero-balance invoice)
  • Proof of address (driver's licence, utility notice etc)
  • Permission from the owner (if you are not the owner)

Please note that quotes or invoices with amounts still owing cannot be accepted and may delay the rebate claim process or result in your application being rejected.

Please note: Once all funds have been allocated this form will close automatically and no further applications will be accepted for this financial year. 

Saving a draft

If you begin an application but are unable to complete it at that time, you can save your partially completed application by clicking Save and Close. You can then return to complete your form later via the My Submissions button at the top of the screen. 

Submitting your form

Before submitting, review your application via the Review and Submit page and ensure all required fields are completed. Once submitted, you cannot make changes or upload additional documents.

If your application has been submitted successfully you will be taken to a confirmation page and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to log in.

If you don't receive a confirmation email then you should presume that your form has NOT been submitted.

Hint: also check the email hasn't landed in your spam or junk email folder.

Attachments

You will need to upload attachments to support your application.

Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 5MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time.
