Application Timing and Requirements

If you are applying for a Small, Medium, or Large Grant, we strongly encourage you to submit your application within the first two weeks of the grant round opening.

Submitting early allows the Grants Team to:

  • Review your application for eligibility
  • Identify any missing or unclear information
  • Provide you with an opportunity to update and resubmit your application before the round closes

Applications submitted in the final two weeks of a grant round must be:

  • Complete
  • Fully compliant with eligibility and guideline requirements

Due to time constraints, there may be limited opportunity for requests for additional information or eligibility checks during this period.
